Guild Charter.

Treated is a raiding guild for level 80 players, most of us in the guild have been playing before any x-pacs and have hardcore raid experience. This guild was made for people who like to raid and have fun while raiding, with a big stress on FUN. The purpose of our guild is to raid while having fun and progress as far as we can without sacrificing our lives. Listed below are the rules and guidelines for our guild and generally what the guild leaders expect out of fellow guildies.

General Behavior:
Don't be douches to fellow guildies.
Show respect to everyone, inside guild or out. (Ninjaing is not condoned.)
Don't nag or harass other guildies.
If you are unhappy about something/one talk to an officer before coming to any rash decisions.
Please do not play the anal link game in gchat, that's what /2 is for.
Try not to use super offensive words in gchat.
Have fun and joke around after all this is a game!

Raiding Requirements.
We will raid three times a week,
Sunday (6:00-12ish),
Monday(7:00-12ish),
Thursday(7:00-12ish)
Be online and prepared to go at these times, please bring all food, elixirs, flasks, pots etc. that you think will benefit you in the raid.

Attendance Policy:
If you are a raider and you cannot make a designated raid time, make a post in the absentee forum saying that you cannot make it ahead of time.

If a raider misses 3 consecutive raids, without notice, they will be placed on probation for the next 3 consecutive raids, or until their class officer takes them off probation. While under probation, that raider will be unable to take loot unless no one else in raid wants it and the loot would other wise be DE'd.

Loot Policy:
A raider can only get priority on an item that is a PVE upgrade. Sidegrades and PVP items can be taken if they are not a PVE upgrade for another player in the raid that is bidding DKP.

If an item is not DKP'd it will go to offspec rolls before DE. *Note: PVE upgrades must be purchased through DKP not offspec rolls.

If an item is a significant PVE upgrade you must DKP it. If it is not DKP'd and looted to someone else you will be charged the cost of the item. *Note: Passing upgrades to another raider out of kindness is fine as long as it does not become frequent.

Loot priority will be as follows:
Raid role - PvE Main Spec.
Armor Type (with the FEW exceptions if it is a "Best in Slot" item)
Offspec/PVP/Sidegrades

All raiders must /sign this charter.
