Proposed Spec at 50 (skip thick hide and survival of the fittest, then fill them in as you need points to get to the next tier)
Tier 1:
Ferocity > Feral Aggression
Tier 2:
Feral instinct is great for stealthing to quest objectives.
Savage fury increases claw and mangle damage, which are your 2 main soloing abilities while leveling.
Thick hide is so-so that extra 10% shouldn't be needed for soloing; you might put off this talent till when/if you need a filler.
Tier3:
Feral Swiftness is great; 30% movement speed in cat form makes travel and grinding so much easier
Survival instincts is very situational; I'm not sure it would be very useful for leveling as you'd still die after it expired.
Sharpened claws is good; crit strike chance is very useful
Tier 4:
Shredding attacks is a good talent, but not for soloing; after your initial attack you're only attacking from the front.
Predatory strikes is ok, but you'll need it later for Heart of the wild so it makes it mandatory
Primal fury and primal precision are both very good talents; extra combo points and expertise are both very valuable. I'd lean toward primal precision if I had to pick one, because at some points in leveling stuff would die before I had enough combo points(there was no primal precision when i leveled so i had primal fury), or the finishing move would miss and it would then die while I waited for energy.
Tier 5:
Brutal impact is ok but not great; it's one more second that an enemy is not hitting you if you open with pounce.
Feral charge is just fun since they added kitty charge. It's not necessary to level, but I just like it!
Nurturing instinct is not necessary at all. Your self-heals are already sufficient enough to sustain you through questing and grinding with minimal down time.
Tier 6:
Natural reaction is a tanking talent, get it if you'll be tanking
Heart of the wild is a very good talent; gives you AP in cat form, stam in bear form, and more mana to heal yourself, whole preventing downtime.
Survival of the fittest is marginally good; the extra 2% stats per point is ok, and this talent is a must-have tanking talent because of teh crit reduction.
Tier 7:
Leader of the Pack and imp LotP are must-haves. 5%crit and extra heals make your soloing experience go smoothly and further cushion downtime.
Primal tenacity is not great for leveling, it's mostly a PvP talent.
Tier 8:
Protector of the pack is a tanking talent, not needed for leveling but worth considering if you plan to tank
Predatory instincts is good, you should have a decent crit chance while leveling.
Infected wounds is ok for leveling, but only after you've gotten Mangle; it will help further reduce inc damage because Mangle will be your primary attack once you hit level 50.
Tier9:
Mangle is great, it replaces Claw on you action bar.
Improved mangle is soso, but get king of the jungle first
King of the jungle - get this and use tiger's fury every time it's off cooldown and you're not at max energy
There's more, but I'll have to get to that some other time... _________________ Consumerism gets the best of my characters. Click to give into your inner mindless consumer!!!

You leveled a priest, you should know by now that mana is bad for leveling.
Energy, rage, or runic power = leveling spec. _________________

After that it's personal preferrence. If you go into resto, get furor, naturalist and OoC(clearcasting).
If you stay feral skip rend and tear for levelling b/c you'll be mangling more than shredding. Get king of the jungle for the energy gain form tigers fury, imp mangle to save energy, or infected wounds to slow attackers to decrease downtime spend healing yourself. The pick up berserk.
I figure wither tree will be equally beneficial. _________________ Consumerism gets the best of my characters. Click to give into your inner mindless consumer!!!

Good thing you can bubble, otherwise there'd probably be a bear eating your face right about now... _________________
