My rogue sucks, help!

So after taking my rogue to a raid the other night, i noticed that my dps is pretty terrible, now i realize that my gear isn't that great yet, but my spec is also pretty messed up.
I came up with a few possible specs to use and wanted to get some opinions from people who play rogues and that might have tried them out themselves.

The spec i'm using right now is http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Burning+Legion&n=Pester where i just kind of picked up talents i thought would be good for leveling as i went.

One spec i was thinking is still combat, but for fists, or daggers (which seem to be easier to find than swords) with a lot of the soloing stuff taken out, since all i really do solo is farm ore.

I've also heard that mutilate is pretty good, assuming you can find a good pair of daggers for it, i was thinking about trying this build out.
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=f0ef0egoVboIzAo0xV0xZob, I picked up most of the poisoning talents, because from what i've heard poisons are a fairly large percent of a rogue's damage now.

I was also thinking about picking up the improved eviscerate since "cut to the chase" refreshes slice and dice, or should i just be using envenom as a finisher with this spec?

noticed on your current build you are missing lethality, and you have stuff in reposte and parry rating instead

for glyphs for the combat fist spec i'd go with:
Slice and dice
Sinister Strike
Adrenaline rush

Yeah, the parry and riposte i picked up for leveling since when you're soloing stuff actually hits you.
I had decided to get imp kick over endurance, for interrupts, but now that i think about though most stuff at 80 in instances seems like its immune to the silence part of it. and i guess the extra sprints would be good for getting out of stuff like whirlwinds.

As for the glyphs i don't even remember which ones i have, and i'm pretty sure i even forgot to add one when i get to 80, so that should help a bit.
