So i just received this email from blizzard. At first i was like What the Fuck is going on, then i just laughed rather hard at blizzards stupidity.
I posted the email i got and my response back to the fucking clowns on their end

Hello there, i just received this email from you guys and i have questions/concerns. I would love to know the reason behind the "Account Closure". Would it not make sense in order to, and i quote, "sell accounts, items, gold or characters for "real" money or exchange these items for value outside of the game" would i not need game time on my account? If you look into this more i have not had time on my account since i believe February 6th, 2009 and have not logged onto my account since January 31, 2009(Info may not be exact since i can no longer log onto my account management page). Just the thought of this boogles my mind. Please clear things up with me with regards to why this closure happened. Thanks

Blizzard decided to pull their head out of their ass and figured out what was wrong with my account. Apparently my account was posted on a character selling website by a hacker or some shit, which is so fucking random. Anywho, all i have to do is fax or email blizzard a piece of government issued photo ID and an account recovery form and my account will be reactivated. When i come back, either in April or when Ulduar patch is released, im going to reroll my ballin level 73 TROLL shaman and heal kids.
