Chest- Gown of the Spellweaver- Maly 10 man
Wrist- Unsullied Cuffs(haste)- Sarth/ Bands of Impurity(crit)- Noth
Gloves- Teir 7.5- Sarth
Waist- Leash of Headless Magis- Maly
Pants- Leggings of the Wanton Spellcaster- Maly
Boots- Arcanic Tramplers(haste)- Maly/ Boots of Persuasion(crit)- Patch
Ring1-Ring of Manifested Pain- KT
Ring2- Lost Jewel- Naxx
Trinket1- Illustration of the Dragon Soul- Sarth
Trinket2-Dying Curse- Naxx
Weapon- Holy Fire- KT ( but Hammer of the Astral Planes is easier to get and a good second choice)- KT 10 man
OffHand-Surplus Limb- Naxx
Wand-Plague Igniter- Grobbulus
This will put you over hit by like 9 points but better a bit over than any under. I promise. And also crit point for point means more dps over all over haste but stacking crit and avoiding haste is not to be done. A good balance of the two is best. That is why even though the first 2 on the boots and wrists are better overall you might not want to pick them up because that would give you so much haste it would no longer help your dps.
